Introduction
Level 1
In this level focus on making sure your nose is clear before you start and slowing your breathing down.
If you have gone for a 20 minute walk with nose breathing then tick the box above.
If you have taped your mouth for 20 minutes today you can tick the box.
If you have found anything difficult, or needed your inhaler, make a note in the comments box, to record your progress.
To complete Level 1 you need to be able to pause for 5 second breath pauses between your slow breathing practice.
To complete Level 2 you must be comfortable to pause for 10 seconds at the end of the outbreath, and return to slow, quiet relaxed nose breathing into your tummy immediately, without big breathing.
In week 1 you can practice level 1 and level 2 each day if you feel able to pause for up to 10 seconds easily.
