Nose Clearing and Slow Breathing
Before you begin practice each day, make sure that your nose is clear on both nostrils, so you can easily breathe into your tummy.
Then slow your breathing down by looking up as you breathe in for 3 or 4 seconds and breathe out as you look down for 5 or 6 seconds. Repeat this 10 times before you begin your chapters each day.
Breathe only through your nose. If you can’t clear your nose, you can use pursed lip breathing, making a small hole between your lips.
Breathe into your tummy, and relax as you breathe out. Chapter one includes the nose clearing video.

Billy meets Ratatoskr the squirrel who teaches him them importance of nose breathing, to help calm the breathing and keep your airways open.
As you start to slowly breathe into your tummy, so quietly and gently that you can’t hear it…see how long you can pause for every minute and keep your shoulders dropped and return to your slow quiet nose breathing after your pause.
See if you can gain the red root chakra empowerment stone by pausing for 5 seconds.

Chapter 2 Billy Meets Nixie the Water Spirit
As Billy ventures deeper into the forest, he meets Nixie the water spirit. Nixie helps Billy slow his breathing down, so that he can stay calm and relaxed even when the anxiety monster is behind him.
Make sure you sit comfortably with your tummy open and relaxed to be able to breathe easily and slowly into your belly.
Can you slow your breathing down enough to be able to swim under water and pause for 10 seconds to gain the sacral chakra empowerment stone?
